Our aim at Toddington Childcare is to provide an environment which is both happy and secure where children and adults can learn and develop together. We provide activities and resources to not only stimulate and enhance development but also to capture and illuminate the imagination and curiosity of every child in our setting.
We are an organisation with charity status, registered with Ofsted and members of the Pre-School Learning Alliance. We receive advice and training from the Children’s Workforce Learning and Development Team at Central Bedfordshire Council and promote Healthy Under 5’s supported by Bedfordshire’s Oral Health Team. We have a committee of parent volunteers and all of our profit goes back in to providing good quality childcare.
We are not part of Toddington St George C of E School although we do work closely with them.

Our voluntary status requires a committee to exist and all parents are actively encouraged to join, giving support with fundraising events and having overall responsibility. Without a committee the setting is unable to operate.The day to day running of the setting remains the responsibility of the Manager. All committee members are DBS checked and their details are displayed on the parents information board.
